We are a coalition of residents in north Dekalb County, Georgia, facing rapid growth and change who have formed a nonprofit 501c 4 and who see the need to advocate for safety and our neighborhoods and be part of the solution by being organized, inclusive, knowledgeable, participatory, and vocal in our community with elected officials and
We are a coalition of residents in north Dekalb County, Georgia, facing rapid growth and change who have formed a nonprofit 501c 4 and who see the need to advocate for safety and our neighborhoods and be part of the solution by being organized, inclusive, knowledgeable, participatory, and vocal in our community with elected officials and governmental entities. Our focus is primarily about safety on the stretch of Clairmont Road that runs from I-85 south to North Druid Hills Road , but we are also very concerned about a number of planned projects and development ideas under discussion that would drastically change the character of our community

The Clairmont Road Conservancy advocates for the livability and natural beauty of Clairmont Road and surrounding communities, from the I-85 interchange to North Druid Hills Road.
Our goals are to protect the irreplaceable tree canopy and threatened iconic greenway; to prioritize vehicular speed reduction in order to increase roadway safet
The Clairmont Road Conservancy advocates for the livability and natural beauty of Clairmont Road and surrounding communities, from the I-85 interchange to North Druid Hills Road.
Our goals are to protect the irreplaceable tree canopy and threatened iconic greenway; to prioritize vehicular speed reduction in order to increase roadway safety for vehicles, residents, pedestrians, and bicycles; to preserve the historic residential architectural significance of the area; and to cooperate with other organizations who aspire to mutual goals.
